Dizer Lux Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

At Dizer Lux, all sales are final. Once an order has been confirmed, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products — unless:

The item is defective

The item was damaged in transit, or

You received the wrong item

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

We take pride in the quality of our products. If you believe you received a defective item or the wrong item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at dizerlux@gmail.com with the following details:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Photographic evidence of the defect or incorrect item

Once we receive your email, we will review your case and respond within 2-3 business days with instructions on how we will proceed.

If we sent you the wrong item, you will have the option to either:

Receive a full refund, or

Exchange it for the correct item (subject to availability)

Damaged Items in Transit

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with:

A description of the damage

Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will assess the situation and offer a replacement, subject to stock availability.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned or refunded, such as:

Custom or personalized items

Special orders

Please contact us if you're unsure whether your item qualifies.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

You received the wrong item

You received the wrong size
